Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes the company’s overall marketing strategy, including budget planning, commercial activities, product positioning, and brand image.
- Conducts market analyses, monitors trends and competition, and proposes new products and services.
- Supports the expansion of the customer base through close collaboration with sales teams.
- Plans and coordinates advertising activities at both corporate and branch network levels.
- Manages work with external agencies on creative concepts, design, and marketing materials.
- Develops the company’s brand across various communication channels and oversees social media presence.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience (product and communications).
- Understanding of the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management, digital marketing, and social media.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to generate new ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work with graphic design tools.
