Reachtruck Driver – €14.89/hour gross
🕒 Working Hours:
Hema DC: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00
Hema EDC: 07:00–16:30 & 17:00–23:45
Mostly Monday–Friday, occasional weekend shifts.
Overtime possible when workload is high.
Salary & Benefits:
Paid every 4 weeks
Allowances (depending on shift – table provided at introduction)
Driver allowance: €8.40 net/day
Travel costs covered only for drivers
Accommodation: €520 / 4 weeks (shared housing, Alkmaar / Heerhugowaard)
Insurance: €167.44 / 4 weeks
Requirements:
Communicative English or Dutch (mandatory – tested at introduction)
EU passport or Dutch work permit
Driving license B (at least 4 candidates weekly required)
Flexibility to travel daily to Utrecht (~1 hour)
Good motivation and readiness for physical work
Introduction & Onboarding Process:
Short interview in English (simple questions: about yourself, work experience, motivation).
Language & logic test (40 examples in 4.5 min, max. 4 mistakes allowed).
Company tour (work floor, canteen, changing rooms, etc.).
If successful – work starts next day or within 2 days.
