About this role
As a Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer, you will lead the Just Eat Takeaway (JET) Speak Up program, ensuring we deliver on our commitment to integrity. Joining a dedicated team of professionals, you will care for our reputation by independently investigating breaches of the Code of Conduct. You will lead by identifying policy improvements and driving excellence through automation and training. This one-year interim assignment is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
These are some of the key components to the position:
Manage the Speak Up Policy and related procedures while advising on future development to drive excellence.
Triage, monitor, and investigate cases from the Speak Up hotline to ensure regulatory compliance.
Engage and educate the global network of investigators to foster a consistent culture of integrity.
Support potential reporters and escalate issues to maintain alignment with the company risk appetite.
Develop and deliver engaging compliance training and awareness programs, including Electronic Learning (e-learning).
Contribute to global compliance reporting.
Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation to strengthen the group compliance function.
What will you bring to the team?
Extensive experience conducting integrity investigations in-house within a multinational corporate environment.
Ability to act discreetly and convincingly when communicating with diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to translating complex policies into practical, real-world implementations.
An entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset with the ability to excel in fast-paced settings.
Experience creating and deploying engaging training materials and e-learning content.
Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are highly valued.
A collaborative spirit that balances independent work with being a dedicated team player.
