For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for
– Product Support Specialist with Slovenian or Azerbaijani or Romanian.
Responsibilities:
*Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner;
*Share clear, accurate information about the company’s products and services;
*Stay up to date on product features, brand news, and industry trends;
*Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring helpful and relevant solutions;
*Record all interactions and case details precisely in the system;
*Help create a smooth and positive customer experience at every step.
Qualifications:
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
*Fluent in Slovenian, Azerbaijani, or Romanian, with advanced English;
*Previous experience in customer support or a related role is an advantage;
*Customer-oriented attitude and proactive problem-solving approach;
*Comfortable using computers and familiar with MS Office;
*Organized, detail-focused, and able to work well independently or within a team.
