Our client is a software product company developing an innovative educational platform designed to support students from grades one through twelve across a wide range of subjects and disciplines. The platform aims not only to improve students’ understanding of learning materials, but more importantly to spark their interest, transform their learning habits, and ultimately foster a genuine passion for learning. Due to growing interest in the platform and an expanding customer base, the company is seeking a Project Manager to support the coordination and quality assurance of educational content delivery.
As part of a mission-driven EdTech start-up, the role involves working closely with teachers and content developers to ensure consistent methodology, high educational standards, and timely delivery of lessons within the platform.

Project Manager (EdTech / Education Delivery)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, support, and manage teachers and content developers working in an e-learning environment.
- Ensure teaching methodology and quality standards are consistently followed across online lessons.
- Monitor how existing lesson content is prepared, adapted, and delivered within the e-learning platform.
- Follow up on lesson schedules, workload allocation, and volume of delivered digital content.
- Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and support performance improvement.
- Identify risks related to quality, timing, or capacity in online lesson delivery and address them proactively.
- Act as the main coordination point between educators, content teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving processes related to e-learning delivery and team coordination.
Requirements
- Solid experience in education, academic coordination, or educational project management.
- Previous people management or team coordination experience.
- Experience working in e-learning or digital education environments.
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and quality standards in online learning.
- Experience working with teachers, trainers, or content developers.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Confident communicator, able to give clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Comfortable working with digital learning platforms and structured content.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English.
