For one of our clients, а leader in strategic investments, focusing on high-potential markets to
deliver market-leading returns, we are looking for a Real Estate Investment Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
*Identify and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities, including land and property acquisitions;
*Coordinate and manage the full acquisition process, including negotiations, documentation,
and work with notaries;
*Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, landowners, authorities, and market partners;
*Oversee project execution from feasibility and due diligence through development and completion;
*Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and approvals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
*Provide clear project updates and investment-related reporting to internal stakeholders;
*Conduct market research and pricing analysis to support acquisition decisions and project evaluations.

Qualifications:
*Around 10 years of experience in real estate, preferably with a focus on investment,
acquisitions, or development; 
*Proven experience with land and property acquisition processes, including legal procedures
and notarial workflows;
*Strong market understanding, including pricing, trends, regulatory frameworks, and
investment evaluation;
*Established professional network within the real estate sector;
*Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors;
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
*Fluency in English (spoken and written).
