Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles — corporate, operational, digital, commercial, tech, and more.
• Spend a significant part of your time sourcing: research, Boolean, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Run screening calls and structured interviews with professionalism and warmth.
• Create smooth, positive experiences for candidates and clients.
• Share market insights and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Requirements:
• University education in business, HR or a related field.
• Experience in agency recruitment or strong sourcing experience across different types of roles.
• Solid understanding of sourcing tools and techniques — and curiosity to keep experimenting and improving.
• Confident, clear communication and the ability to build trust quickly.
• A proactive, organised working style and a natural sense of ownership.
• Interest in learning about different markets, roles, and business functions.
• Fluent English.
