Regional Sales Executive – FMCG

For one of our clients - a leading European coffee brand, known for innovation and a strong
international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and proactive candidates for the
role - Regional Sales Executive – FMCG.

Essential Responsibilities:
*Increase sales by reaching monthly targets in your assigned stores using smart and creative
sales methods;
*Monitor and understand market trends in your area to plan effective sales and marketing activities;
*Create and run promotion plans for your customers to help them sell more and perform better;
*Manage the regional trade marketing and BTL budgets to get the best results;
*Build and keep strong relationships with current and new clients through good
communication and negotiations;
*Guide and support distributor sales reps and merchandisers so they perform well in the field.

Requirements:
*Proven FMCG sales experience with solid merchandising expertise;
*English proficiency B1–B2 level;
*Comfortable with Excel and other MS Office tools to support daily sales activities;
*University degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field is a plus;
*Excellent communication skills with a proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach;
*Willingness to travel frequently for short trips; valid driving license required.
