Sales Performance Specialist with English (Remote)

For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
a Sales Performance Specialist with English.

Responsibilities:
*Handle high-volume sales outreach via phone, email, video, and social channels;
*Identify and connect with key decision-makers through smart research;
*Stick to response time targets and follow structured outreach plans;
*Actively manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline;
*Keep all interactions updated in Salesforce;
*Handoff qualified leads smoothly to the onboarding team;

Qualifications:
*Fluent in English – both written and spoken;
*Experience in a sales role, preferably within the tech or digital advertising sector is a plus;
*Proven success in boosting client budgets and closing deals;
*Knowledge of digital ads is a strong advantage;
*Excellent communicator with a clear, engaging style;
*Self-driven, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
