Senior Accountant (UK Market)
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting activities, VAT returns, payroll, and reporting for UK clients;
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and ensure timely delivery;
- Communicate directly with clients and participate in meetings to discuss accounting matters;
- Review the work of Operational Accountants and provide guidance when needed;
- Handle complex accounting cases and support the team in resolving issues;
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service to clients.
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Several years of relevant accounting experience with a strong UK market focus;
- Solid understanding of UK accounting standards and statutory requirements;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach;
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
