About this role
Join our Global Marketing Science and Measurement team and play a crucial role in unlocking the power of our media data. We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst, Global Media Measurement to structure, analyze, and visualize media performance across all channels (ATL, Digital, Performance). You will be instrumental in building data products that empower the Global Media team and local markets with actionable insights to optimize media investment and drive significant business growth. Your focus will be on ensuring the collection, structuring, analysis, and reporting of media data is accurate, consistent, and accessible globally.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Data Architect & Curator: Collect media performance data from various sources (agency reports, digital platforms, internal databases) and design robust structures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Build Data Products: Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Power BI) providing clear views of media KPIs for global and local teams.
Deep Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of media data across channels, campaigns, and markets to identify trends and understand drivers of performance.
Generate Actionable Insights: Translate analysis into clear, concise, and strategic recommendations to inform media strategy and buying decisions.
Support Advanced Measurement: Assist in data preparation for testing setups, incrementality/lift studies, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) inputs.
Collaboration & Quality: Work closely with central analytics teams to align data methodologies and ensure the accuracy and reliability of all media reporting.
What will you bring to the table?
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or media context.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Media Expertise: Proven experience with multi-channel media data and fluency in KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Reach, Frequency).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks.
Communication: Excellent skills in presenting and explaining technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
