SENIOR: B2B Sales Executive (Fragrance & Cosmetics)

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for beauty and international business?
Join our established fragrance & cosmetics company and take ownership of key client relationships across Europe, the US, and Asia. We’re looking for someone who knows how to close deals, build trust, and expand market reach.
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients: retailers, distributors, marketplaces
- Lead the full sales cycle – prospecting, negotiation, closing
- Drive commercial strategy and expand international sales channels
- Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and buying teams
- Track results using CRM, Google Sheets, and ERP tools (ClickUp, etc.)
- Represent the brand at international expos and trade events (optional)
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally in beauty, FMCG, or related sectors)
- Strong experience with international accounts
- Fluent in English & Bulgarian (B2+ or higher)
- Strong commercial thinking and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, ERP, WhatsApp, ClickUp
➕ Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with Qlik BI or similar analytics dashboards
- Experience with pricing strategies, margin optimization, or product positioning
- Participation in international expos or industry networking events
- Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, etc.)
