We are looking for an experienced, curious, and proactive Business Analyst to join our amazing BI team in Israel. As a Business Analyst in our team, you won't just analyze data; you will lead end-to-end data-driven projects that have a direct impact on our business strategy.
We are looking for a high-ownership individual who doesn't wait for instructions but proactively explores the data to find opportunities. While you will work across various departments, a key pillar of this role will be partnering with our Marketing and Growth teams—measuring campaign effectiveness, optimizing customer journeys, and defining growth targets.
Key ingredients to the role
End-to-End Ownership: Take business questions from stakeholders and lead the full cycle: from data exploration and investigation to visualization and presenting actionable insights.
Proactive Growth Identification: Use your curiosity to find trends and correlations in the data, proactively proposing initiatives to help improve our business performance.
Target Setting & Performance: Partner with business units to define quantitative goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for various initiatives.
Marketing & Growth Analytics: Measure the ROI and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and activities.
Experimentation (A/B Testing): Lead the methodology, execution, and analysis of tests to optimize promotions, incentives, and user engagement.
BI & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards to monitor health metrics and operational processes.
Can you deliver?
Education: BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar data-heavy role – Must.
Marketing Analytics Literacy: Proven experience in measuring digital campaigns and familiarity with marketing methodologies (Retention, Attribution, A/B testing) – Must.
Advanced SQL skills – Must.
E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in the E-commerce industry or online marketplaces – Significant Advantage.
BI Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Looker or Tableau (or similar) – Must.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to build forecasting models and perform statistical analysis.
The Personal Touch: A proactive self-starter with a natural curiosity and a strong sense of ownership, who can translate complex data into clear, impactful stories for cross-company stakeholders.
