Senior Business Automation & Analytics Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain automated analyses, reports, and portfolio monitoring solutions.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions and Python-based implementations.
• Draft technical specifications for new technologies and track their end-to-end implementation.
• Define innovation needs across the business, including chatbots, mobile applications, and integrations.
• Analyze manual and recurring tasks across administrative, operational, and sales teams, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Build scripts, automations, internal applications, or microservices (Python, Power Automate) to eliminate manual work and repetitive activities.
• Prepare management analyses and provide recommendations for technical and process improvements.
• Document the architecture and logic of each tool to ensure maintainability, scalability, and ease of future development.
• Implement system controls for automation execution, including schedulers, logs, and alerts/notifications.
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related analytical field;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role;
• Experience in a consumer finance, lending, fintech or other data-intensive financial environment;
• Strong experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy); SQL knowledge is a plus;
• English – working proficiency.
