For their growing team in Bulgaria they are looking to bring on board a Senior Data Analyst. The role demands end-to-end accountability for how data is sourced, transformed, maintained, and used for decision-making. You can find more information below:
Senior Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of data quality, governance, and reliability across the reporting infrastructure.
- Build and maintain robust data validation, monitoring, and documentation pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to align business goals with analytics strategy.
- Deliver high-impact analysis on payment, marketing, and transaction performance.
- Co-lead the AI payment routing engine project, managing timelines and partner coordination.
- Develop reusable dashboards, scalable reporting templates, and data models.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to optimize backend data architecture.
Requirements:
- 4 – 6 years of experience in analytics, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, QA, and reporting governance.
- Familiarity with Python or scripting languages for analysis.
- Experience using AI tools to support reporting, validation, or automation.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, CRM data integration and/or payment gateway ecosystems will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent English language skills.
