Senior Python Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale software systems with a focus on security, reliability, and compliance.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and performance in high-traffic environments.
- Drive automation, CI/CD, and monitoring best practices to support smooth releases and reliable operations.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the engineering organization.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a software engineering professional.
- Strong enterprise-scale experience, ideally in security/access control, eligibility systems, or enterprise payments.
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI (or similar frameworks), and Postgres.
- Solid understanding of scalability, reliability, and compliance in enterprise contexts.
- Product-oriented mindset — focus on delivering business value, not just writing code.
- Experience with event-driven architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and strong CI/CD & monitoring practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
