For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-
of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking
for – Senior QA BPO Specialist with English.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily QA activities and ensure adherence to QA frameworks and processes;
*Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements in collaboration
with the QA Manager;
*Act as the main point of contact for program-related issues and escalate critical matters when necessary;
*Mentor, guide, and support Quality Analysts to maintain high-quality standards and
professional growth;
*Align QA activities with project goals and deadlines, providing regular updates to the QA Manager;
*Conduct QA audits in a BPO environment and present findings to business clients and high-
level stakeholders;
*Participate in quality calibrations and provide updates to clients.
Qualifications:
*2+ years of experience in QA or related roles, preferably in a BPO environment;
*Solid understanding of QA processes, metrics, best practices, and frameworks;
*Experience conducting QA audits and presenting data to business clients/high-level stakeholders;
*Hands-on experience with QA tools, reporting systems, and performance tracking;
*Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire team members;
*Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
