Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- Background in test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
