The company has over 20 years of presence in the Bulgarian market as one of the first mobile operators with high standards in the care of its employees and customers. As a part of their growing business, they manage a broad portfolio of IT services and solution providers in cooperation with Business Unit Enterprise and therefore have built a local ITSM Tools Team responsible for the development and maintenance of ServiceNow. The team includes specialists focused either on ITSM process implementation and portal development, or on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
The role is based in Sofia and follows a hybrid working model. It is also open to candidates currently living outside the capital, provided they are willing to relocate to Sofia for the first couple of months and remain available for occasional travel relataed to meetings and team collaboration.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM and/оr ITOM).
- Perform core system configuration and customization.
- Integrate external systems with ServiceNow using APIs and web services.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage data using import sets, update sets, and transform maps.
- Adhere to established testing, change management, and communication protocols.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with ServiceNow development (ITSM and/or ITOM).
- Proficient in JavaScript, Java, MySQL/MSSQL.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM/ITOM) are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
