We’re looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team focused on Partner Support at Just Eat Takeaway.com — a key partner-growth area for the business. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Design, build, and maintain scalable micro-frontend solutions using TypeScript and Vue.js.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create exceptional user experiences for our partners.
Drive the technical architecture and delivery for our Partner Support platform.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, and champion best practices within the team.
Take full ownership of your features, from initial concept through to production support.
What will you bring to the table:
3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven experience building modern, component-based UIs with a framework like Vue.js, React, or Angular (Vue.js preferred).
A keen eye for design and demonstrable skill in crafting user-friendly interfaces with CSS and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind.
Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience writing meaningful unit tests with frameworks like Jest or Vitest.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in an agile environment.
Bonus Points for: Experience with micro-frontend architecture, consuming RESTful APIs, and browser storage solutions.
