For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – Strategic HR Business Partner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Collaborate closely with business and Live Casino Operations leaders to shape and
implement HR strategies that drive team and business success;
*Champion employee engagement, retention, and morale initiatives to create a motivated,
high-performing workforce;
*Lead performance management, provide constructive feedback, and guide managers through
employee relations and development processes;
*Coach and mentor managers to strengthen their leadership skills and foster a culture of
accountability and growth;
*Identify learning needs and deliver impactful L&D programs that enhance skills,
performance, and career progression;
*Support and develop HR Specialists, ensuring seamless HR operations, professional growth,
and prioritized workload management.

Requirements:
*Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing decisions across all levels of a
complex, multi-site organization;
*Experienced in translating business goals into people strategies that deliver measurable results;
*Data-driven and analytical, able to leverage insights to make informed HR and business decisions;
*Exceptional communicator, fluent in English and Bulgarian, with strong presentation and
storytelling skills;
*Culturally aware and adaptable, comfortable collaborating with global, regional, and local teams;
*Hands-on leader with experience guiding HR Specialists or small teams, empowering others to succeed.
