- 8-hour, 6-hour, or 4-hour shifts
- Work during standard business hours or weekends
- Priority is given to candidates available for full-time work (8 hours), Monday to Sunday, on a rotation basis, within standard working hours: 10:00 – 19:00.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Specialist, your mission will be to resolve technical issues promptly, assist customers effectively, and enhance their overall experience:
- Support customers with device setup and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat using the client’s internal systems.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, provide relevant product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date on product and service knowledge, including wireless networking solutions, customer service standards, and email etiquette.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
- German and English
- Basic understanding of internet routers, connectivity, and technical troubleshooting
- Interest in consumer electronics and solving technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work with various internal tools and platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, on a rotational schedule
