Job Description
🛡️ Antivirus Support Specialist
- Deliver superior customer service for antivirus software, handling inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone and remote sessions.
🧩 Problem Solver
- Assist customers with product purchases, renewals, refunds, and account-related issues—ensuring smooth, high-quality service.
🔧 Technical Expertise
- Guide users through the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of antivirus software to ensure optimal functionality and security.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- 🗣️ Fluency in Dutch (B2H/C1 level)
- 📝 Good English skills (B2 level)
- 🌟 Customer service experience is a strong advantage
- 💻 Basic PC technical knowledge and multitasking skills
- 🤝 Strong communication & relationship-building abilities
- 😃 Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
- 🎯 Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner
