For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Technical Support Specialist
with Czech or Greek or Slovenian or Slovak (PTE).
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer queries via email, chat, or phone;
*Assist with basic tech issues and guide users step by step;
*Pass on complex cases to the right teams;
*Keep clear records of customer conversations and solutions;
*Ensure a great user experience with friendly, helpful support;
*Follow team guidelines and share insights to improve processes.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Czech, Greek, Slovenian, or Slovak and good English;
*Customer support experience is a bonus;
*Basic tech know-how (browsers, email, software tools);
*Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset;
*Self-motivated and organized, especially in remote work;
*Flexible for part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends.
