Trade marketing & E-commerce Specialist

Our client is a company that trades in household goods. Due to the continuous growth of operations, we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated talent to join their Marketing team, working in a dynamic environment.

 

     Key Responsibilities:

  • To support key account managers in translating marketing strategies into effective and aligned marketing plans;
  • To coordinate and monitor investments by customer: COOP investments, Shop-in-shop displays, digital activation plans etc;
  • To conduct regular POS / website and webshop checks to ensure full compliance with POS and SDS standards;
  • Translation tasks (proof-reading and adaptions of brochures, user-manuals, website-content, campaign and POS-material;
  • To continuously drive optimization of the webshop/website to improve customer experience and performance (conversion, order value);
  • To localize and update webshop/website content, implement global campaigns with eCom and SEO best practices, and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to drive continuous optimization;
  • To collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute digital campaign budgets and activation strategies;

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, e-com;
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Bulgarian and English;
  • To take responsibilities seriously and to love challenges;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
