For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Virtual Call Center Agent
with Spanish or Romanian or Portuguese or Azerbeidjani.
Key Responsibilities:
*Make outbound calls to clients and provide friendly, professional support;
*Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving basic issues efficiently;
*Provide clear information about products and services to help clients;
*Record client interactions accurately in the system and keep notes up to date;
*Assist team members with daily tasks and contribute to smooth operations;
*Help improve overall customer satisfaction by delivering reliable support.
Requirements:
*Spanish, Romanian, Portuguese, or Azerbaijani - C1 level;
*English – B2 level, with good written and verbal skills;
*Strong communication skills and a professional phone and email manner;
*Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus;
*Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines
*Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a team environment.
