Are you an experienced Controller ready to take the next step? Our partner in Gabrovo is looking for a Senior Controller to drive financial transparency and support strategic decisions.
Our partner, part of the Arburg-Family, has been developing and producing electric drive systems for more than 60 years. At their Gabrovo plant (130+ employees), we are looking for a Senior Controller to be a key partner in financial management and process development with S/4HANA ERP.
🔹 What you’ll do:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitor margins and perform KPI analysis
- Contribute to business cases for investments and production improvements
- Optimize processes through S/4HANA as a key user
- Act as deputy to the Head of Finance
🔹 What we’re looking for:
- Professional experience as a controller in a manufacturing company
- University degree in Controlling/Business Administration
- Excellent Excel skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in Bulgarian + English or German
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and team spirit
