At the same time, we are establishing a Centre of Excellence for SAP EWM in Bulgaria. This Centre will strengthen functional expertise, support stable warehouse operations and ensure best practice across Distribution Centres.
We are therefore expanding our team and looking for Business Solution Specialists who want to contribute to this development.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Core Responsibilities (applies to all Business Solution Specialists)
As a Business Solution Specialist within LOG ART, you will:
- Ensure logistics processes are understood, documented and aligned with operational needs across Distribution Centres.
- Collect, structure and clarify business requirements, ensuring operational feasibility and cross-stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to user stories, acceptance criteria and refinement sessions together with the Product Owner.
- Prepare and execute test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain documentation of processes and developed solutions.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies within the Logistics Agile Release Train (LOG ART).
- Support implementation activities including communication, training preparation and early-life stabilisation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Process Owners (BPOs), DC stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers.
- Travel: аpproximately 20–40 days per year
Focus area 1: Process focus – SAP EWM & Logistics Domain Expertise
If you have a Process focus, you act as the functional expert within your logistics domain. You will:
- Analyse, map and maintain detailed “as-is” and “to-be” process flows.
- Provide deep functional knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP EWM (or similar WMS).
- Translate operational requirements into structured input for refinement, testing and implementation.
- Create test data and perform functional, integration and regression testing.
- Support super users during UAT and ensure correct system usage.
- Provide 2nd level support for incidents, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with LOG ART teams, IT and vendors to implement sustainable fixes.
- Drive continuous improvement through bottleneck analysis and optimisation insights.
- Contribute to strengthening the SAP EWM Centre of Excellence in Bulgaria by consolidating expertise and supporting best practice across Distribution Centres.
- Primary accountability: Functional quality, system stability and process excellence.
Focus area 2: Delivery focus – Coordination & Implementation Progress
If you have a Delivery focus, you act as the structured coordinator ensuring progress and alignment. You will:
- Coordinate scope, tasks, deliverables and timelines across ART teams and DC stakeholders.
- Clarify operational requirements and ensure alignment on decisions, responsibilities and next steps.
- Support Product Breakdown and contribute to structured prioritisation together with the Product Owner.
- Align Business Solution Specialists, developers and testers on scope and dependencies.
- Follow up on implementation progress and secure timely delivery.
- Anchor implemented changes in Distribution Centre operations and ensure measurable improvements in stability and efficiency.
- Monitor post-implementation performance, collect feedback and escalate issues or improvement opportunities.
- Primary accountability: Structured delivery, stakeholder alignment and successful implementation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Degree in logistics, supply chain, IT or similar — or relevant experience from Distribution Centre operations.
Core requirements (all Business solution specialist profiles)
- Strong understanding of DC logistics processes
- Experience with system-supported operations (SAP ERP / SAP EWM is an advantage)
- Experience with requirement clarification and testing
- Structured working style and strong stakeholder communication
Process focus:
- Strong SAP ERP / SAP EWM (or similar WMS) knowledge
- Experience with process mapping, testing and root cause analysis
- Strength area: Functional expertise and system stability.
Delivery focus:
- Experience coordinating tasks and stakeholders
- Strong follow-up, scope clarification and implementation support
- Strength area: Structured delivery and alignment.
