Your mission
Help customers enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience by answering their questions, assisting with orders and deliveries, and guiding them through basic device-related issues.

What you'll do
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
• Provide information about orders, deliveries and services
• Troubleshoot basic device issues and guide customers through simple solutions
• Coordinate repair and replacement processes
• Deliver professional, friendly and efficient customer support

What you bring
• Excellent Danish, Polish or Slovenian
• Very good English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A patient, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop technical troubleshooting skills
