A well-established e-commerce company with a long-standing market presence is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist with German (minimum B1 level).
Requirements:
Minimum 8 months of professional experience in digital marketing
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing platforms
E-commerce background
Experience in digital marketing for cosmetic products
Basic to good understanding of digital marketing principles
Ability to create short marketing content (emails, campaign landing pages)
Skills in banner and visual design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email clients, and online marketing platforms
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with management
Attention to detail
Language requirements:
German – minimum B1
English
Responsibilities:
Planning, managing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Coordinating with a marketing agency (social media posts, ads, newsletters, automated emails, Google Ads)
Collaborating with the operations team on product selection for campaigns
Working with the technical team on website development and process optimization
Analyzing and reporting campaign results
Proposing ideas and strategies for future project growth
