• Support customers via email, voice and chat
• Assist with pre- and post-purchase inquiries
• Resolve customer questions and find effective solutions
• Provide clear, professional and friendly assistance
• Help ensure a smooth customer experience at every stage

What you bring
• Excellent command of Dutch, French or Spanish
• Very good English
• Previous customer support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach

Monday–Friday | Standard working hours
