About the Role:
Lead our Courier HR Shared Services team and play a part in shaping and implementing our global vision. As a Shared Services Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Courier HR Operations Manager and build relationships with local managers and HRBPs. Furthermore, you will strive to foster cooperation with Payroll and Recruitment teams to ensure our couriers receive the highest level of support.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked in a Shared Services environment within an international context.
What exactly will your responsibilities be?
- Managing and motivating our HR Operations specialists, who support couriers throughout their entire employment lifecycle.
- Collaborating with other global and local teams, as well as HR, to achieve common goals and tasks.
- Partnering with global teams to continuously standardize and automate processes.
- Implementing global standards and tools, adapting them to local conditions while driving continuous improvements.
- Monitoring team KPIs.
- Ensuring effective information flow within the team, focusing on development and motivation to maintain high engagement levels.
- Leading and coordinating projects and collaborating with Global Courier HR Operations.
Can you deliver...?
- Experience in team management.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience in process transformation.
- Ability to build relationships with local and international stakeholders.
- Experience in defining new processes and implementing new solutions.
- Experience working with personal data and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Polish labor law.
