For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist
with French or German and English (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide technical assistance and product support to customers via phone, email, or chat;
*Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve basic technical issues efficiently;
*Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades based on customer needs;
*Process service requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on customer cases;
*Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical teams, administration) to resolve
complex issues;
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support tools to ensure high- quality service.
Requirements:
*Fluency in French or German, and English (written and spoken) is essential;
*Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related administrative role;
*Basic understanding of technical products or digital services; training will be provided;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-first attitude;
*Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and in a team;
*Comfort with suggesting relevant services or solutions to customers in a consultative approach.
