The fourth edition of the independent online ranking of wherewework.bg has distinguished the best employers in Bulgaria

This is the only such ranking in which the employees themselves play a key role in the evaluation

The companies JYSK Bulgaria, Praktiker Bulgaria and tbi bank occupy the first three places in the fourth edition of the independent online ranking for the best employers of the career platform wherewework.bg, rebranded kaderabotim.bg. The initiative "Top Employers wherewework Bulgaria 2025" once again highlights employers in various economic sectors, according to the real assessments and work experiences of their employees. This is the only such independent ranking in our country, based entirely on employee reviews.

The goal of the project is to be an objective tool for assessing the efforts that companies put into working conditions, people development and building a strong employer image. In addition to the general ranking, the initiative also distinguishes leaders by industry. This makes it easier for employees and candidates to compare employers within their sector, and companies receive more focused feedback on their positioning on the labor market.

The methodology is based on transparent criteria and real opinions on the platform. 70% of the assessment is formed by the overall satisfaction of employees. The remaining 30% is based on the assessments of five key criteria: pay and benefits, development opportunities, work-life balance, quality of management, company culture and values. The ranking includes only companies with a minimum of 30 employee ratings published on the platform in the period 01.11.2024 – 31.10.2025.

The ranking is carried out in several countries in Central and Eastern Europe, including Bulgaria, Romania (where it was launched and has a long history), Greece, Hungary and Moldova. Online and offline catalogs with employers are already being created on its basis and thematic events dedicated to employer branding and team management are being held. Based on the 2025 ranking, the online catalog of the 50 best employers in Bulgaria will be updated and available to all users of the platform in February 2026 here: wherewework.bg. It will present in detail the companies with the highest ratings and will make it easier for candidates to choose the next step in their career.
